Before You Begin

This self-assessment contains 36 items (3 per skill). Rate each statement honestly based on how you typically function — not your best or worst day. There are no right or wrong answers. This tool is for self-awareness and goal-setting, not clinical diagnosis.

How Scoring Works

Each item is rated 1–7, where 1 = Strongly Disagree (this does NOT describe me) and 7 = Strongly Agree (this describes me very well). Higher scores indicate greater strength in that skill. Your top 3 and bottom 3 skills will be highlighted with tailored strategy recommendations.
