Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the ExEF (ExEF) website, assessments, certification services, and coaching offers.
Service Scope
- ExEF provides educational and coaching-related services, not medical, legal, or crisis intervention services.
- Coaching is not therapy. Users are responsible for seeking licensed clinical care when needed.
- Do not upload protected clinical records or third-party confidential data without authorization.
Program Delivery Model
ExEF certification delivery is asynchronous. ExEF does not advertise required synchronous classes, required live lectures, or required group projects as part of core completion.
Certification and Review
Certification decisions are based on published rubric criteria and ExEF quality-control workflows. ExEF may delay release of feedback/results to support review integrity, including structured release windows after grading.
Payments, Refunds, and Fulfillment
- Paid services are fulfilled only after server-side payment verification.
- ExEF offers a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- Physical fulfillment items may be eligible for replacement if damaged in transit; report fulfillment issues within 14 days of delivery.
- Unauthorized chargebacks or abuse of access controls may result in account suspension pending review.
Operational Review Timelines
ExEF uses a delayed-release review workflow for consistency and quality control. Typical windows are published on certification and store pages and may vary during high-volume periods.
Marketing and Earnings Disclaimer
Examples, calculators, and planning tools are illustrative and do not guarantee income, client volume, or business outcomes. Similarly, case examples, client feedback excerpts, and session outcome descriptions on coaching and marketing pages represent selected experiences and do not guarantee equivalent educational, behavioral, or learning outcomes for any individual. Results vary based on student profile, consistency of coaching, and environmental context.
Limitation of Liability
ExEF provides services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExEF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Dispute Path and Governing Framework
Before formal legal action, users agree to first contact ExEF for good-faith resolution at jacob@exef.org. If unresolved, disputes proceed under applicable law in the operator's principal jurisdiction unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
